Very pale glimmering yellow with golden highlights.

Expressive nose, with intense, powerful and complex aromas of roses and lychees. Delightfully honeyed notes, with exotic fruit and also dried fruit such as dried apricots …

Very fresh attack. The palate is sumptuous and smooth with a skilfully judged and well-balanced sweetness. There are the same notes of dried apricot, peach and exotic fruit. and the superbly mineral finish that is the signature of the Domaine.
Delicious with pan seared foie gras, or blue cheeses such as a Bleu du Queyras or a Fourme d’Ambert.
