Deep and intense, magnificently brilliant and limpid with violet gleams.

Complex, and very intense nose of red fruit with a touch of black fruit plus splendid spicy, peppery notes and a hint of liquorice.


Magnificent structure, with silky tannins. Superb balance and architecture with aromas of red fruit such as cranberry and grenadine, and a slightly smoky, liquorice finish. A wine in which the terroir expresses itself in the varietal character of the grape.
 The perfect pairing for mountain hams and sausage or mature cheeses from the Queyras region. It also happily partners lightly spicy cuisine or roast meat with mushrooms. It is the ideal wine for sharing, and its light fruitiness can accompany an entire meal and a variety of culinary delights …
